I don’t really appreciate the cleaning fee charge and a damage waiver charge because when I arrived there was dog hair on the couch and broken furniture. This is not a luxurious place to stay but close enough to a great beach where I could overlook other things. I did not receive an email back but she did show up in person the next day with batteries and supplies to try and fix the broken stools. I emailed the management company about stains on the carpet and all other issues.

The fire stick remotes / tv remotes had no working batteries, when we did find batteries ( from ac remote) we came to find the one fire stick remote was not working at all ( living room) so we couldn’t put on the TV. The second bedroom had no fan or AC unit making it significantly warmer. Wall AC unit was in the main kitchen /living room area and also one in the “master” bedroom. Screen door was non functional ( screen was torn out). It could use some fixing up but i have noticed pet friendly units don’t care for the space as well as others. Key was in a lock box in the closet next to the sliding glass doors which is the only entrance/exit.
Awesome that it is pet friendly ( they are hard to come by!!) Place was easy to check into. Great location from the beach ( about less than 1 block).
